Data from: Using machine learning technology to identify and monitor Australia’s cryptic insect biodiversity

This dataset consists of specimen information, genetic sequences and microscope images associated with the article titled: "Using Machine Learning Technology to Identify and Monitor Australia’s Cryptic Insect Biodiversity". Each record represents a sequence assigned to a consensus MOTU and includes taxonomic classifications, barcode matching information, and metadata derived from reference database searches. Images for each specimen are also included, sorted into folders by taxonomic family, as assigned by COI sequences.本数据集包含与题为《利用机器学习技术识别与监测澳大利亚隐秘昆虫生物多样性》（Using Machine Learning Technology to Identify and Monitor Australia’s Cryptic Insect Biodiversity）的学术论文相关的标本信息、基因序列与显微图像。每条记录对应一条被分配至共识性分子操作分类单元（MOTU）的序列，涵盖分类学分类信息、条形码匹配信息，以及源自参考数据库检索的元数据。本数据集同时收录每份标本的图像，这些图像将按照COI（细胞色素C氧化酶亚基I）序列所指定的分类科整理至对应文件夹中。
