Data for Mapping metastable magnetic textures in (Fe0.5Co0.5)5GeTe2 with in situ Lorentz transmission electron microscopy, published in Physical Review Materials: https://doi.org/10.1103/ml5v-s55s A series of Lorentz transmission electron microscopy (LTEM) images of the magnetic textures in (Fe0.5Co0.5)5GeTe2 (FCGT) collected after specific temperature and magnetic field treatment, as described previously. Temperature and magnetic field treatment for each image is specified in the file name. For each image, the FCGT was heated above its Curie temperature, placed in a magnetic field specified by Bcool (in Oe), cooled under the applied magnetic field to the temperature specified in the file name (in K), and then returned to zero magnetic field. For example, file "map_data_Bcool_0350Oe_T_303K.png" is a LTEM image of FCGT recorded after field cooling in a 350 Oe perpendicular magnetic field to 303K.
