O-GlcNAcAtlas

O-GlcNAcPRED-DL is a deep learning-based tool, for the prediction of O-GlcNAc sites. In brief, to make a benchmark O-GlcNAc data set, we extracted the information on O-GlcNAc from the recently constructed database O-GlcNAcAtlas, which contains thousands of experimentally identified and curated O-GlcNAc sites on proteins from multiple species.O-GlcNAcPRED-DL是一款基于深度学习（deep learning）的O-连接β-N-乙酰葡糖胺（O-GlcNAc）修饰位点预测工具。简言之，为构建基准O-GlcNAc数据集，我们从新近构建的O-GlcNAcAtlas数据库中提取了O-GlcNAc相关信息；该数据库收录了来自多个物种的蛋白质上数千个经实验鉴定并经人工审核整理的O-GlcNAc修饰位点。
