Femurs bearing breast metastatases (5-pooled animals per sample) were crushed and digested with 2mg/ml Collagenase A. 50k PyMT-BO1-sLPmCherry cells(GFP+ mCherry+) were implanted by intracardiac injection into 6-8-week old albino B6 mice. Treatment started on Day 1 with p38i-compounded chow. After 13 days, femurs were harvested and cells were isolated by digestion and sorted following the above parameters.
