UCE probe set for Decapoda (Crustacea: Malacostraca)

This UCEs probe set was designed based on 12 high-quality genome assemblies of Decapoda (from 11 families comprising two suborders and five infraorders) and was used to resolve the internal phylogenetic relationships of this order, and particularly, those of the infraorder Axiidea de Saint Laurent, 1979.
