Soil Microbiome on application of Liquid bioenhancer Kunapajala

This study aims to assess the impact of the liquid bioenhancer Kunapajala of Vrikshayurved on the microbial diversity and functional potential of Piper nigrum rhizosphere soil. The experiment involves 16S rRNA-based amplicon sequencing targeting the V3 -V4 regions. The study evaluates the impact of seven Kunapajala solutions and compared with control. Sequencing and data collection were done at two time points: one day and six months post-application. This research provides insights into the effects of traditional bioenhancer Kunapajala on soil microbiomes, contributing to sustainable agricultural practices.
