Computational stemmatology and Old Swedish: phylogenetic approaches to the tradition of Hertig Fredrik av Normandie

This dataset contains all data that was used and produced for my masters thesis 'Computational stemmatology and Old Swedish: phylogenetic approaches to the tradition of Hertig Fredrik av Normandie' at the Departement of ALM, Uppsala university. It includes collated transcriptions of the seven witnesses, as well as input and output files for the phylogenetic tools used in the study. The transcription spreadsheet 'transcription_A-G.xlsx' contains collated transcriptions made by both other scholars and by me. The transcriptions are not exhaustive. Each cell contains one verse. Cells that have been left empty in the spreadsheet are not checked against the actual witnesses. Cells with "!" indicate missing verses in the actual witnesses.
