ChREBP is activated by reductive stress and mediates GCKR-associated metabolic traits

We investigate the transcriptional effect of alcohol gavages on wildtype versus ChREBP KO mice. Overall design: Wild type or ChREBP mice were gavaged with alcohol or water, and liver tissue was collected 6 hour later at which point RNAseq was performed.
