Sequencing data of 40 individual of 8 varieties of Rhododendron

Sample Collection and Sequencing Description:All samples were collected from the Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences. For each individual, 2 grams of tender leaves were harvested and placed into a 10ml cryotube. The samples were rapidly frozen using liquid nitrogen for 2 hours and then stored at -80°C. Samples were shipped on dry ice to Beijing Biomarker Technologies Co., Ltd. for DNA extraction, library construction, and sequencing. Genomic DNA was extracted from a total of 40 individuals representing 8 varieties.Composition of Data:This dataset includes the raw paired-end sequencing data and the assembled segments data.
