In order to obtain higher precision regional precipitation dataset in alpine basin, two different data fusion schemes were proposed on the basis of the existing global precipitation in this paper. The first algorithm was based on the good relationship of monthly IMERGM and rain gauges data, and the ratio of daily IMERG to monthly IMERGM. The second algorithm was that merge IMERG with CMORPH(CPC Morphing with 0.25° resolution) by the stepwise linear regression. Finally, two daily datasets (BRD_IMERG and IGREA_IMERG-CMORPH with 0.1° resolution) and one intermediate dataset (IG_IMERG-CMORPH with 0.1° resolution) were evaluated by using 10 rain gauges data and the distributed hydrological model (VIC). BRD_IMERG and IGREA_IMERG-CMORPH performed better than IMERG in CC, RMSE, ME, FAR and CSI, and had good simulation runoff (NS greater than or equal to 0.85) in hydrological model. We provide the dataset that based on efficiency and easily manipulated methods for multiple applications of user and exploration of spatiotemporal distribution of precipitation in alpine region.<br>
