NRS-3735 | Minutes of proceedings [Windsor District Council]

These are brief minutes of the meetings of the Windsor District Council from its first meeting on 12 August 1843, to a meeting of the electors of the district on 4 May 1847. The last meeting of the Council at which business was conducted was that held on 18 July 1845. The minutes show date and purpose of meeting (ie. whether quarterly or for some specific purpose), the members present and brief minutes of the subjects discussed and the resolution passed. Except in the case of elections, movers and supporters are not recorded. The minutes are not indexed. Attached to the inside of the front cover of the volume is the original of the Council's Charter.
