Table 1 Clue questionnaire

Based on years of practical experience in military psychological work, the editors of this study compiled the "Clue Questionnaire", which is a self-rating scale with a total of 62 questions. The topics are divided into two dimensions: "susceptibility factors and stress factors", of which the "susceptibility factors" dimension includes five factors of personality, biological genetics, trauma, chronic stress and chronic disease (corresponding to questions 1-18, 20-24, 26, 29, 30 and 56, respectively), and the dimension of "stress factors" includes two factors of acute stress events and psycho-emotional symptoms (corresponding to questions 19, 25, 27, 28, 31-55 and 57-62, respectively). The questionnaire uses a 2-point scoring method, with "Yes" for 1 point and "No" for 0 points, with a total score of 0-62, the higher the total score, the higher the risk of possible mental and psychological problems in the screening subjects.
