RuDaCoP dataset was created by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.'s Moscow Research Center, focusing on the development of smartphone-assisted intelligent pedestrian navigation algorithms. This dataset contains approximately 1,200 sets of inertial measurement data collected from multiple smartphones during walks along various trajectories, with the longest recording lasting 10 minutes. It also includes high-precision ground truth data collected by two foot-mounted inertial measurement units and processed via post-processing algorithms. RuDaCoP is suitable for training intelligent pedestrian navigation algorithms based on learning technologies and developing pedestrian navigation algorithms using classical methods. Its application scenarios include real-time positioning in emergency services, navigation assistance in large buildings, and navigation support for visually impaired individuals, aiming to solve indoor positioning and navigation problems.
