Processed and quality checked FT-ICR MS data for dissolved organic matter samples during events and baseflow condition in two catchments (Ammer and Steinlach, South-East Germany) during the Swabian MOSES campaign. Sampling locations, sample processing and measurement conditions as well as other sample data are described in the companion paper (Glaser et al. 2023).
