The history, systematics, and nomenclature of Thalattosuchia (Archosauria: Crocodylomorpha)

Herein we include the first supplementary appendix (one including the character list and scoring sources), as well as the data and scripts for the phylogenetic analyses (in TNT - you must use v1.6!) and the R analyses.
The phylogenetic dataset is: crocmatrix.tnt.
The TNT analysis scripts all end .run. There is a 'read me' section at the start of each TNT script. Please read them, as they give a full explanation on how the scripts are intended to run.
The R analysis scripts end ".R". They are: 0-Master.R, 1a-Basic_Phylogeny_Images.R, 1b-Time_Scaled_Phylogeny_Images.R, 2a-StratPhyloCongruence.R, and 2b-TreeDistance.R.
The accompanying age files for the R analyses are: CrocAges.txt and ThalattosuchianAges.txt.
