Stratified Pediatric Atopic Dermatitis Dupilumab Statistics
收藏资源简介:
This dataset presents infection outcomes in pediatric patients with atopic dermatitis treated with dupilumab. The risks of infectious disease events were calculated before and after dupilumab initiation. Outcomes were reported as absolute risks for acute upper respiratory infections, intestinal infectious diseases, influenza and pneumonia, acute lower respiratory infections, mycoses, otitis media, and infections of the urinary tract. In addition to overall events, stratified analyses were performed by age group (0–6 years, 7–11 years, and 12–17 years), gender (male and female), comorbidities (asthma and allergic rhinitis), race (White, Black, Asian, and Other), and ethnicity (Hispanic or Latino, Not Hispanic or Latino). Each subgroup includes both pre- and post-dupilumab values, allowing for direct within-patient comparisons of infection risks across demographic and clinical characteristics.
