Leaf-clip optical sensor data (DB1)

In orchards of INRAE Saint Paul and Amarine center (FR), optical measurements in the PAR region (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) with two leaf-clip sensors, DUALEX and SPAD, were performed to retrieve the SPAD index, DUALEX total chlorophylls content, anthocyanins content, flavonoids content and a nitrogen index. This first dataset (DB1) contains a total of 148 leaves sampled from June to October 2023, and 160 leaves from May to September 2024. At ONERA laboratory, SPAD measurements occurred for both years while DUALEX ones only for 2024. DB1 dataset encompasses a large variety of genotypes of peach and apricot trees for different input managements.
