The relationship between eDNA density distribution and current fields around artificial reefs. seawater metagenome

We used eDNA metabarcoding and the acoustic Doppler current profile (ADCP) to investigate fish eDNA density distributions and their association with the current field around an AR in Tateyama Bay, central Japan. Based on these results, we discuss the effectiveness of eDNA as a monitoring index for fish abundance around ARs.
