On the first day of neonatal mouse heart spatial transcriptomic sequencing, we used spatial transcriptomics technology to capture gene expression patterns across different regions of the heart. This dataset provides detailed region-specific transcriptional characteristics, revealing the spatial development and maturation states of cardiomyocytes.
