[Methods] DOM with a larger molecular weight (>1 Kda), enriched from seawater, was added to microcosm culture systems, and Illumina amplicon sequencing, DOC concentration monitoring, and heterotrophic bacterial isolation and purification were performed at different culture days. [Objective] To explore the dynamic changes of microbial communities when marine concentrated DOM is added.
