DDX41 has been suggested to be involved in RNA splicing and ribosome biogenesis, and mutations of the gene is found in myelodysplastic syndromes and acute myeloid leukemia. In this analysis, we performed CLIP-seq analysis for Myc-tagged wildtype and mutant (R525H) DDX41 on K562 cells to elucidate the RNA sequences to which DDX41 binds.
