Additional file 11 Supplementary Data 1. MiR-10b chimeras identified by CLEAR-CLIP. Related to STAR Methods. The table lists two most probable chimeric arms for each chimeric read along with their alignment and sequence information. Interacting chimeric regions were annotated with Transcript_ID, Gene_ID, Symbol, and RNA class. Exact genomic alignment positions are indicated for each chimeric arm. For identification of basepairing, IntaRNA software was used (Mann et al., 2017) and results are presented in the last two columns. More details are described in the Methods.
