Samples from 43 AD patients and 30 age-matched normal controls were assayed using Illumina© Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip. The epigenome-wide association study (EWAS) was performed to evaluate the epigenetic differences using granulocyte and monocyte samples. LOY status of each individual was taken into account when performing differential methylation analyses. Samples from 43 AD patients and 30 age-matched normal controls were assayed using Illumina© Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip.
