This dataset contains animal-level phenotype data, the complete animal-by-gene RT-qPCR Cq-to-relative-expression calculation chain, derived relative-expression values, and source-data tables underlying Figures 4 and 5 of the associated manuscript. It also contains a descriptive Figure 2a marker summary. The package contains no raw GSE274561 GEO downloads and no raw RT-qPCR well-export files.
