Progeny of two self-pollinated, self-incompatible plants of Leavenworthia alabamica were produced by pollinations in bud or salt treatment of stigmas. Parent plants collected from two locations in northern Alabama, USA. The aim of the work was to analyze the genetic architecture of inbreeding depression. 70 bp long reads were produced using genotyping-by-sequencing of 189 samples. Data were used to examine the number, selection and dominance coefficients of viability loci linked to markers (SNPs).
