Wetland Bee Occurrence Data Matrix (Non-Species Excluded)

A csv file containing an occurrence data matrix for all bee species documented in 2019 and 2020. Each row represents data from a particular site and month (e.g., "Torrey_2019_06" = bees found at Torrey Marsh in June 2019), with data from pan traps and sweep netting pooled. Each column represents a bee species, with scientific name abbreviated (e.g., "Agvir" = Agapostemon virescens). In this dataset, specimens lacking a species level ID were excluded if they did not clearly represent a distinctly separate morphospecies or species group. This data format can be read by R to perform rarefaction analysis and PERMANOVA analyses.
