In this upload we provide the input files/data associated with the paper "Embedding physical symmetries into machine-learned reduced plasma physics models via data augmentation" by McGrae-Menge et al., 2025. "input_Section1.2d" is the OSIRIS PIC input deck used to create the collisionless magnetic reconnection data set used to recover the two-fluid equations in Section 1. The diagnostics from the simulation are ~500GB, hence for Section1 we simply provide the input deck. "input_Section2.2d" is the OSIRIS PIC input deck used to create the collisionless magnetic reconnection data set used to discover machine learned closure in Section 2, and we include the diagnostics from this simulation (~4GB) in the zipped file Section2_Data.zip.
