健康老龄化—老年人口健康影响因素及有效干预的基础科学问题研究

研究中国老年人口的健康特征，分析老年人口的生理健康、心理健康以及社会参与特征及其发展趋势；研究影响中国老年健康的社会经济、行为、居住、饮食、养老模式、社区服务和环境等外在因素及其与生理遗传等内在因素的交互作用；研究如何通过外在因素的适当调整和干预来影响内在因素，探索实现个体和群体“健康老龄化”与提高管理效益的途径；通过建立全国资源共享的老龄健康外在和内在影响因素数据库等管理机制和政策工具，研究包括老年人口在内的健康促进模式。

This study focuses on the health characteristics of China's elderly population, analyzing their physical health, mental health, social participation characteristics and their developmental trends. It investigates the external factors affecting the health of China's elderly, including socioeconomic, behavioral, residential, dietary, elderly care models, community services and environmental factors, as well as their interactions with internal factors such as physiological and genetic ones. It also explores how appropriate adjustments and interventions to external factors can influence internal factors, and seeks approaches to achieve individual and population-level "Healthy Aging" and improve management efficiency. Furthermore, by establishing management mechanisms and policy tools such as a nationally shared database of external and internal influencing factors for elderly health, this study examines health promotion models covering the elderly population.
