This repository contains exemplar and pre-processed datasets used in the research manuscript titled Fingerprinting disease-derived protein aggregates reveals unique signature of Motor Neuron Disease.
Datasets
The datasets are provided in the following categories:
microscopy-tissue and microscopy-RRMs: Contain summary data derived from smma processing of raw TIRF microscopy images. To enable exploration of the pipeline, exemplar images are also provided in microscopy-examples.
- proteomics: Contains pre-processed datasets generated by MaxQuant, alongside the summary data used for visualisations.
- orthogonals: Contains pre-processed datasets for the qPCR and ASC speck analyses.
Please refer to the manuscript for detailed information about the data generation and preprocessing steps. These datasets enable reproduction of the results presented in the manuscript via the corresponding code repository available here.
