This project investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying skin wound healing in mice following treatment with fresh nanovesicles derived from American cockroach. Using RNA sequencing, we identified differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with wound repair processes and performed functional annotation to uncover key biological pathways and regulatory networks. The dataset includes quality control reports, alignment statistics, gene expression profiles, DEG lists, and functional enrichment results. This work provides insights into the therapeutic potential of insect-derived EVs in regenerative medicine.
