Chromatin accessibility of G1 or S phase of U2OS cells without or with NFIB depletion were profiled using transposase-accessible chromatin with high-throughput sequencing (ATAC-seq) to identify potential regulatory elements. Overall design: U2OS cells treated with control siRNAs or siRNAs against NFIB were synchronized at G1/S transition by double-thymidine block. These cells were released for 0 (G1 phase) or 4 h (S phase) respectively. About 50,000 cells were obtained for ATAC-seq libraries.
