The role of Regnase-1 in intestinal tumor growth. Mus musculus

To uncover the role of Regnase-1 (Reg1) in intestinal tumor growth, we developed an ApcMin/+ mouse model with Reg1 deletion specifically in intestinal epithelium (Reg1KO-Min). Colon tumor tissues were collected at 120 days old from control ApcMin/+ mice with wild-type Reg1 expression (Reg1WT-Min) and Reg1KO-Min. Transcriptome analysis of colon tumor tissues were performed by RNA-seq.
