Clostridium butyricum Raw sequence reads

In this study, we isolated the C. butyricum NCU-02 from the feces of centenarians. We hypothesized that C. butyricum NCU-02 possesses significant potential advantages in ameliorating hyperlipidemia. To explore this hypothesis, we investigated the effects and underlying molecular mechanisms of C. butyricum NCU-02 administration in an ApoE-knockout (ApoE-/-) mouse model of hyperlipidemia. We anticipate that our findings will provide valuable insights into probiotic-based interventions for managing hyperlipidemia.
