Percentages of homology of PerRA (LIMLP_10155), PerRB (LIMLP_05620), LIMLP_04825 and LIMLP_18590 of L. interrogans serovar Manilae (strain UP-MMC-NIID LP) with their respective orthologs in Leptospira strains of clades P (pathogens) and S (saprophytes).
