Protected area is a binary variable stating whether or not an observation is in a protected area. The results shown are from the bootstrapped weighted average of the two models that are within an AIC value of 2 from the model with the lowest AIC. The coefficient for protected area is robust given that the confidence interval does not include zero, while the coefficient for agricultural value is not robust.
