房颤队列生物样本数据

本数据集中的外周血样本来自中国心房颤动注册研究队列中的注册病人。样本有对应的人口学数据、临床表型等心血管疾病相关的基线数据、实验室检查数据、以及随访数据（随访窗：3个月、6个月和12个月）的数据不低于2000例。除常见心血管表型外，还包括药物使用情况、房颤电复律、房颤导管消融手术情况及术后复发等共260个变量。The peripheral blood samples included in this dataset are collected from enrolled patients in the Chinese Atrial Fibrillation Registry Study cohort. The dataset comprises no fewer than 2000 samples, with each sample having corresponding demographic data, cardiovascular disease-related baseline data (including clinical phenotypes), laboratory test results, as well as follow-up data with follow-up windows set at 3, 6, and 12 months. In addition to common cardiovascular phenotypes, the dataset covers a total of 260 variables such as medication usage, atrial fibrillation electrical cardioversion, atrial fibrillation catheter ablation procedures, and post-operative recurrence.
