This dataset investigates the effects of six-degree-of-freedom coupled motions on the performance of alkaline electrolysis systems. The tested motion conditions include: roll motions with amplitudes of 2°, 4°, 6°, 8° at excitation frequencies of 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 Hz; pitch motions with an amplitude of 4 at excitation frequencies of 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 Hz; sway motions with an amplitude of 50 mm at excitation frequencies of 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 Hz; surge motions with an amplitude of 50 mm at excitation frequencies of 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 Hz; yaw motions with an amplitude of 4 at excitation frequencies of 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 Hz; heave motions with an amplitude of 40 mm at excitation frequencies of 0.5, 0.8 and 1.0 Hz. Comparative polarization curve diagrams are also provided for three-degree-of-freedom simulated platform motion, six-degree-of-freedom ship-like simulated motion, and stationary operating conditions.
