MAINTENANCE OF MINDRAY CHR METZ-THIONVILLE AND CH DE BRIEY BRAND EQUIPMENT The contract shall consist of a lot. The duration of the contract shall be concluded for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, renewable four times one year until 31 December 2028. The consultation procedure used is that of the negotiated contract without a call for competition (Article R.2122-3-3° relating to the 2019 Public Procurement Code). The choice of this procedure is explained by the exclusivity of the company élysia-raytest to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting operations on this type of equipment. On 19 December 2023, the contracting authority awarded contract No 268/24 to Société Élysia for an annual amount of € 9870,00 excluding VAT.
