RNA-sequencing of breast tissue from implant-naive and implant patients

Previous epidemiological studies have indicated reduced incidence of breast cancer occurrence in patients with prior breast implants. Here we utilize RNA-seq to aid in understanding of transcriptomic and phenotypic differences in breast tissue of implant-naive and implant patients.
