BR_annotations

This database annotates the Black Redstart Phoenicurus ochruros genome, a passerine bird species of ecological and evolutionary interest. The resources were generated to support downstream genomic analyses, including functional enrichment, gene expression, and pathway analysis. The dataset includes the following components:1.
