Local slab penetration into lower mantle controls deep-focus seismicity and Changbaishan volcanism in northeast China
收藏资源简介:
The files contain the P-wave velocity model, relocated earthquakes, the selected earthquake focal mechanisms from global CMT catalog, the P-wave arrival times and the stations for the manuscript entitled " Local slab penetration into lower mantle controls deep-focus seismicity and Changbaishan volcanism in northeast China". The P wave velocity model is stored in Vp.xyz, it contains five columns, which are longitude, latitude, depth (unit: km), velocity values (unit: km/s) and velocity perturbations relative to the initial model, respectively. The relocated earthquakes are stored in event_reloc.dat, it contains ten columns, which are event ID, longitude, latitude, depth (unit: km), year, month, day, hour, minute and second, respectively. The selected earthquake focal mechanisms are stored in focal_gcmt.dat, it contains thirteen columns, which are longitude, latitude, depth (unit: km), strike1, dip1, rake1, strike2, dip2, rake2, exponent part of the scalar moment, newX, newY, title, respectively. For the details, please see Global CMT website. For P-wave arrival times, it stores in absolute.dat, which is related to the information of absolute arrival times we used in the inversion, the line starts with " # " is related to the event information, the number after " # " is the event ID, the followed lines are stations which received this event, the four columns are stations' name, the picked travel times, the quality of the pick and the phase, respectively. The stations are stored in station.dat, which is related to the information of stations we used in the inversion, it contains four columns, they are stations' name, latitude, longitude and elevation (unit: m), respectively.
