A therapeutic strategy to target the conserved region within the low-complexity domain of TDP-43 to treat neurodegeneration

In this study, we explore the potential of targeting the CR motif of TDP-43 as a therapeutic approach for neurodegeneration. The sequencing data aims to assess whether the splicing activity of TDP-43 is affected by the deletion of its CR domain or treatment with the XL20 drug.
