Collection and processing of antimicrobial, biocide, and metal resistance genes from seven public databases (AMRFinderPlus, ARG-ANNOT, BacMet, CARD, MegaRes, ResFinder, and ResFinderFG). Initial sequences (n=31,817) were filtered to remove genes lacking start/stop codons (n=29,341 retained), deduplicated, clustered at 90% identity/coverage, and refined using GeneAssimilator to generate a unified resistance gene collection.
