Resistance gene enrichment sequencing (RenSeq) of Solanaceae

Resistance gene enrichment sequencing (RenSeq) enables selective capture and enrichment of the genes that encode nucleotide-binding and leucine rich repeats (NB-LRRs) proteins, major components of plant immunity. RenSeq was applied mainly to heterozygous wild tomato species. The enriched libraries were sequenced using PacBio and processed to HiFi reads.
