资源简介:
Input data for at-sea seabird observations used in modeling were extracted from the publically available North Pacific Pelagic Seabird Database V.4, hosted by the United States Geological Survey. The Kathy_AUKL_TUPU_seasonal_ice_corrected_clean.csv data represents modeled seabird density predictions for two taxa groups (three combined auklet species labelled AUKL, and Tufted Puffins labeled TUPU), encompassing April-November and 2000-2022 at a spatial resolution of approximately 200 x 200-km grid cells. It was produced using a gamma-distribution joint dynamic species distribution model using the VAST modeling approach. Density estimates are available in 4 bi-monthly intervals (i.e. April_May, June_July, August_September, October_November) for each year between 2000-2022. The Kathy_BLKI_TBMU_COMU_seasonal_ice_corrected_clean.csv data represents modeled seabird density predictions for three taxa groups (black-legged kittiwakes labelled BLKI, common murres labelled COMU, and Thick-billed murres labelled TBMU), encompassing April-November and 2000-2022 at a spatial resolution of approximately 200 x 200-km grid cells. It was produced using a gamma-distribution joint dynamic species distribution model using the VAST modeling approach. Density estimates are available in 4 bi-monthly intervals (i.e. April_May, June_July, August_September, October_November) for each year between 2000-2022. The Kathy_DARK_LAAL_seasonal_ice_corrected_clean.csv data represents modeled seabird density predictions for two taxa groups (two combined shearwater species labelled DARK, and laysans albatross labeled LAAL), encompassing April-November and 2000-2022 at a spatial resolution of approximately 200 x 200-km grid cells. It was produced using a gamma-distribution joint dynamic species distribution model using the VAST modeling approach. Density estimates are available in 4 bi-monthly intervals (i.e. April_May, June_July, August_September, October_November) for each year between 2000-2022. The Kathy_FTSP_NOFU_seasonal_ice_corrected_clean.csv data represents modeled seabird density predictions for two taxa groups (Fork-tailed storm-petrels labelled FTSP, and Northern fulmars labeled NOFU), encompassing April-November and 2000-2022 at a spatial resolution of approximately 200 x 200-km grid cells. It was produced using a gamma-distribution joint dynamic species distribution model using the VAST modeling approach. Density estimates are available in 4 bi-monthly intervals (i.e. April_May, June_July, August_September, October_November) for each year between 2000-2022. The Seasonal_seabird_model_study_region.zip shapefile accompanies the seabird density predictions used in a Seasonal VAST model on 9 species, encompassing April-November and 2000-2022 at a spatial resolution of approximately 200 x 200-km grid cells. The Diversity_grid_clean.csv data contains Shannon-Wiener diversity indices calculated within 100km polygons within a large study regions encompassing the Gulf of Alaska, Eastern Bering Sea, and Chukchi Sea, encompassing April-November and 2000-2022 at a spatial resolution of approximately 200 x 200-km grid cells. It is calculated using all seabird observations collected and stored in the North Pacific Pelagic Seabird database during this time frame and area. The SpeciesRichness_clean.csv data contains Species Richness indices calculated within 100km polygons within a large study regions encompassing the Gulf of Alaska, Eastern Bering Sea, and Chukchi Sea , encompassing April-November and 2000-2022 at a spatial resolution of approximately 200 x 200-km grid cells. It is calculated using all seabird observations collected and stored in the North Pacific Pelagic Seabird database during this time frame and area.
