This series comprises files known as complaints files that hold records of Reportable Conduct Investigations that are statutory notifications under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act. That is, notifications of reportable allegations such as a sexual offence or misconduct, ill-treatment, neglect or assault of a child.
