National Pandemic Cohort Network (NAPKON) Public Data Set

The anonymized dataset from NAPKON consists of patient data from the three cohorts: SÜP, HAP, and POP. It includes quality-assured data from patients documented up to April 2, 2024, and has undergone a comprehensive data cleaning process. The NAPKON Public Dataset originates from NAPKON SecuTrial.
The data anonymization process is described by Jakob et al. in "Design and Evaluation of a Data Anonymization Pipeline to Promote Open Science on COVID-19." Anonymization was performed in accordance with our data protection concept using the ARX software.
