Dust composition dataset compiled from literature

This dataset is compiled of available measured dust composition data collected from literature with detailed data selection and processing for the JGR paper "A Global-scale Mineral Dust Equation" by Liu et al (2022). It includes 7 worksheets providing the measured elemental composition data used to calculate elemental ratios, measured mineralogical composition data used to estimate the contribution of other types of carbonates apart from calcite and to examine the size effect on elemental ratios and carbonate content.本数据集汇编自已公开文献中的实测粉尘组分数据，经严谨的数据筛选与处理流程，以支撑Liu等人2022年发表于《JGR》的论文《全球尺度矿物粉尘方程》("A Global-scale Mineral Dust Equation")。本数据集包含7张工作表，其中收录了两类核心实测数据：其一为用于计算元素比值的实测元素组分数据；其二为可同时实现两大研究目标的实测矿物组分数据——既可用于估算方解石以外其他碳酸盐类的贡献占比，也可用于探究元素比值与碳酸盐含量的粒径效应。
