<em>Differential scanning calorimetry</em> (DSC) analyses. The purpose of these experiments was to investigate thermal properties of natural polymers (gelatin, sodium alginate) and hydrogels based on these polymers. All measurements were tested on a DSC25 TA instrument. The TRIOS software was using for DSC treatment.The raw material and air dried hydrogels were investigated in the procedure: Equilibrate 15,00 °C; Ramp 10,00 °C/min to 180,00 °C. The original hydrogels were investigated in the procedure: Equilibrate 0,00 °C; Ramp 1,00 °C/min to 100,00 °C.
差示扫描量热法(Differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)分析。本实验旨在探究天然聚合物(明胶、海藻酸钠)及基于此类聚合物的水凝胶的热性能。所有测试均在TA仪器的DSC25型设备上完成,DSC数据处理采用TRIOS软件。原材料与风干水凝胶的测试流程为:于15.00℃下恒温平衡,以10.00℃/min的升温速率升至180.00℃;原始水凝胶的测试流程为:于0.00℃下恒温平衡,以1.00℃/min的升温速率升至100.00℃。
