Example Data for ClusToRa: Spatial Transcriptomics Workflow (Tzouanas et al. Dataset)

This repository contains the primary data files required to execute the example workflow for ClusToRa (https://github.com/maringa780/ClusToRa). The included archive, TzouanasDataset.tar.gz, comprises key datasets derived from the Tzouanas et al. study. The full spatial transcriptomics dataset is publicly accessible via the Broad Institute Single Cell Portal under accession number SCP2569. These files are provided here to facilitate the reproduction of the analyses described in the ClusToRa repository and to serve as a baseline for users implementing the ClusToRa standalone or MATLAB-based applications.
